I stood on one wobbly leg in the Pilates class, my arms flailing on each side.
“Bring it back to the core,” said our instructor.
I too a deep breath, then concentrated on the center of my body. I felt the strength in my stomach and back … my core.
With that support in place, my shoulders aligned and I balanced on one foot.
WRite wHere I’m supposed to be – When I bring it back to God, I experience that same strength. I’m more balanced in all of life.

You\’re right, Mary Sue – work, relationships, finances, even recreation fall into place when I\’m centered. I\’m finding it takes a lot of awareness and practice. Thanks for stopping by!
